Test every idea. Ship only the winner.
Draft every what-if in its own scenario, compare it with your committed plan, and merge back only the changes you keep. A restore point is saved before every merge, and only committed territories ever reach Salesforce.
Draft. Compare. Merge. Push.
Draft
Each scenario has its own copy of accounts, reps, model, roles and goals. Clone one in a click.
Compare
Save assignment snapshots and diff any two, account by account, with an Excel export.
Merge
Review a change report of nodes, goals and assignments, pick what lands, confirm lock conflicts.
Push
Only committed territories push to Salesforce — draft scenarios never touch the CRM, and don't count toward your plan.
Iterate with sales leaders until everyone signs off
Each leader gets a simple view of their own branch. Their changes hold as locks, RevOps rebalances around them in one click, and the plan converges round by round.
Leaders adjust their own branch
A simple, scoped view: they move accounts between their reps and lock them in place.
RevOps rebalances around them
One click on Auto-Balance evens out every book — and every leader's lock stays exactly where they put it.
The cycle: leaders adjust their branch and their edits hold as locks; RevOps rebalances around them; leaders review the rebalanced plan again, until everyone signs off.

Scenario questions
What is a territory scenario?
An isolated copy of your plan (accounts, reps, territory model, roles and goals) where you can try changes safely. Scenarios are draft or committed, and only committed territories push to Salesforce.
What happens when a draft is merged?
BoogieBoard builds a change report of node, goal and assignment changes. You choose what lands, confirm any lock conflicts, and a restore point is saved before anything executes.
Do draft scenarios cost extra?
No. Only territories in committed scenarios count toward your plan.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. The activity stream records who changed what and when, balancer runs keep a full record, and account and assignment history is available for every account.
