How do you keep BoogieBoard and Salesforce aligned before changing territories?
Before changing territories, the first question is whether the planning model still matches Salesforce.
In this demo, BoogieBoard reconciles the current enterprise territory design against Salesforce so RevOps can start from the same account ownership reality that exists in the CRM.
The reconciliation check shows exactly what changed since the last design: accounts gained, accounts removed, and which territories were affected. Once BoogieBoard and Salesforce are back in sync, the territory change can happen with confidence instead of guesswork.
After the update, BoogieBoard runs pre-flight checks before pushing results back into Salesforce. Those checks show which accounts will change and which territories will stay untouched, giving the team a controlled path from territory planning to CRM execution.

Reconciling Boogie BoogieBoard and Salesforce for territory management. Today I have to make a minor change to my enterprise sales territories. So I'm checking out the balance and I'm comparing it to what exists in Salesforce. Today I need to make sure that Boogie Board and Salesforce are in the same spot before I start making changes. So to do that I'm, going to run a reconciliation check. Now I could set this up on an automated basis, but let's illustrate the point with the more manual option. I could use the enterprise territory management function and pull that from Salesforce into Boogie Board. Or I could select the territories and set up some advanced settings, pull from account owner and do it that way. Boogie Board is telling me that five accounts have been gained to Justin Bieber's territory and five have been removed from LeBron's territory since I last designed. So I'm going to reconcile so that what I have in Boogie Board is exactly the same as what's in Salesforce. From here I can make the changes that I was going to make, which is moving some accounts out of Margot Robbie's name and into Caitlin Clark's. Done. Now I want to push these results back into Salesforce.
Again, this can happen on a more automated basis, but we're going to do it manually so that you can see the pre flight checks and controls that exist when running this. I could assign just Kaitlyn's territory and upload that into Salesforce, but I'm going to do the whole enterprise team so you can see the checks process. Boogie Board is going to check before we push anything into Salesforce to make sure that we know what's about to be changed. Nothing is changing for LeBron, Angelina or RIP. Nothing is changing for Justin. Three accounts are changing for Margo and three accounts are changing for Caitlin Clark. That's exactly what we want. So I'm going to push that into Salesforce.
