Adding a new rep means creating room in the territory model without creating unnecessary disruption for existing reps.

I have a new rep joining my team. I need to build them a new territory and it has to have the right balance of A, B and C accounts, and it's got to do that with as little disruption as possible. So I created this prospect grade balancing agent and I can use it in my design. I1 Click to design the territories in the least disruptive way possible, and all of a sudden I've got perfectly balanced territories across my prospect grade. Quota setting is easy, disruption is minimized. We're good to go.
